I. RETURNS
All returns require contacting the customer service department. In order to be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be new and unopened. The item(s) must also be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return labels are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued within 7-10 days of receipt of your item(s). Refunds are made in the form of the original payment.
